Michelle deVuyst, since purchasing the company in 2007, has been creating Jewellery Art after the original designs that Patina Metalwear had been producing for the previous 23 years.
Michelle is working with her staff to produce necklaces, pendants, earrings, bracelets, eyeglass holders, lanyards and most importantly the watches that Patina has become so famous for and provided since 1983. Michelle's studio is located in Victoria, British Columbia, CANADA.
Michelle was born in Vancouver, BC in November of 1976 and moved with her family to Victoria as an infant. Here in Victoria, she completed her formal education including post graduate studies in Early Childhood Services. She worked with children in both full and part-time situations as well as being part of the staff of her family's endeavours with a Hallmark Stores branch where she got a good handle on the art of small business in the retail market.
She has worked in the jewellery business with her family since 1998 with their acquisition of Artina's Handcrafted Canadian Jewellery, an exclusive jewellery boutique, in Victoria for more than ten years. They recently expanded the family business to include a new Artina's Jewellery boutique, their second, in Vancouver's trendy Gastown area.
Michelle is dedicated, hard working and talented especially in the creation of the world famous and unique wrist watches Patina Metalwear has a proud history of providing to clients everywhere.
