Karley Smith
Karley Smith is a native of Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA.
When Karley was 20 years old, her jewellery making
began as a hobby. She was working in a used book store and tried to convince a girlfriend that she should make jewellery as extra income.
As a good friend would, Karley helped her friend and together they began creating beaded necklaces. It was Karley that fell in love with jewellery making and she began to experiment with different colours and qualities of beads.
It didn't take her long to realize her potential in the jewellery making business once retailers began to come and see whether they could purchase her unique, one-of-a-kind jewellery.
Less than four years later her necklaces, bracelets, and earrings were being sold across Canada. Karley has opened her own studio on her property in Langley, British Columbia. She is inspired by the landscape and the colour of nature around her. She currently lives in Langley with her dog, cats and horses.
